After starting with the Flames as a player when he arrived from his native Slovakia in 2003-2004, Milos was named an assistant player-coach with the Flames in the summer of 2007 and continued playing through the 2013-2014 term.  As a player, he is 1 of only 3 Flames skaters to ever cross the 700 career point mark and is 1 of 7 players to make 500 or more starts with the club. He ranks 2nd on the team's all-time points list with 777 from 240 goals and 537 assists in 546 appearances.

Milos added the Under 18 head coaching role for GJIHC in the summer of 2009 and has been coaching the upper age groups in the club since (U15, U18, U20 and Ladies).

For the 2017-2018 season, Milos has taken on the role of Head coach for the whole of the junior club including the new NIHL2 Phoenix team.
